We are primarily an organization of volunteers. we are created to serve the public interest. And our board of directors shoulders the legal duty to keep the organization true to its public service mission. RCF was Founded in 2002 as a non profit 501 (C) (3) charitable organization and our members come from a broad range of backgrounds and diverse expertise to optimize the effectiveness of our program. We serve youth and families of all faiths in Haiti.

We are dedicated to providing the necessary essentials for the youth to mature into healthy, educated and participating adults who will help guide the future of Haiti.
