“Seed of Hope”
Food insecurity is a chronic problem in Haiti. The poor farmers have no access
to good seed, tools and the expertise to operate an agricultural practice
program. ARCF's “Seed of Hope” Program is aiming at improving their living
condition by providing them packets of seeds and seed know how booklet in
Creole to learn to grow their own food , and the possibility to also make that
food available for distribution to the community
The success of this program will not only enable the small farmers to insure
their own basic survival, but will allow them to earn the funds necessary to
provide crucial health care, nutrition and housing for their families. The Seed
