Future Project

There can be much promise for the Haitians, but the first challenge toward the hope of a new life is to have safe and comfortable communities from which to help rebuild their world. Soveyo Boarding School is that first critical step because it is focused directly on the children of today providing them the opportunity for education, good health, security and love.

In February of 2008 the local government of Cavaillon donated 2 acres of land to ARCF-FSEH. A well-drained farmland located in Custine, 2nd Communal Section situated 4 kilometers west of Cavaillon was donated to ARCF to build the "Soveyo Boarding School."

The project will address education, health, housing and social growth of the young people who will reside in this school. Specifically this project want to be able to fund the design and building of a village with all minimum services including power, sanitation, internet access and first aid supplies.

The capital campaign will be organized by ARCF, and supporting organizations to raise funds from restricted or unrestricted sources to support the building of the two (2) large dormitories, four (8) classrooms, sanitation system, and all required infrastructure and provide also funding for running the school the first year and the supporting plan for more local people involved and trained and with the time became auto sustainable.
