AT RISK CHILDREN FOUNDATION MISSION - is to provide a home, food, clothing, healthcare, spiritual needs and education , to improve and sustain the quality of life of Haiti’s orphaned children.
Our goal is to create a healthy family-oriented environment for the children to grow. As adults they will be able to stand on their own and achieve self-reliance, financial independence and social integration.
The four principles of the Sovéyo Village:

. The mother or parents
Each child has a caring mother:  On the road to self-reliance, the most important person for the child's personal development is a  mother. She will build the necessary emotional bond with each child entrusted to her care and provide the security each one  needs.

. Brothers and sisters
The child will learn how to built family ties:  Girls and boys of different age  will live together as brothers and sisters under the same roof. These children, together with their mother, will build emotional ties that will  last a life time.

. The House
Each family creates its own home: The house is the family's home, with its own unique feeling, rhythm and routine. Under its roof, the children will enjoy a real sense of security and belonging. They will grow and learn together how to share responsibilities..  Responsibilities, successes, trials, joys, and sorrows of daily life.

. Sovéyo Village

The Village will play an integral part of the community that offers a supportive environment in its location, its designs, and in every other aspect. Sovéyo Village's families will be grouped, enabling them to share experiences and offer to each other a helping hand.  Within this supportive environment, the  children will  learn to trust and believe in others and in themselves.

To sustain our long term goals, we will develop marketable skills critical to establishing longer-term self-sufficiency.

At-Risk Children Foundation relies largely on support  from corporation, churches, foundation and generous individual like you. Making a donation today will help us provide these children with the warmth, nurturing and safe surroundings that they deserve.
